Features and Interiors

Both EVs are packed with premium features, including Level 2 ADAS, a panoramic glass roof, and a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system with Dolby Atmos. Inside, the BE 6 gets a race-inspired digital cockpit and now borrows premium sage leatherette seats with an ivory roof liner from Pack Three. The XEV 9e features a cinemascope-style triple screen and a modern dashboard.
Performance, Charging & Driving Tech
The 59 kWh variant is powered by a 170 kW motor, while the 79 kWh version produces 210 kW. Both versions support fast DC charging, with the larger pack capable of topping up from 20% to 80% in just 20 minutes.
Driving modes include Boost Mode, single-pedal operation, and regenerative braking. The electric SUVs also offer adaptive cruise control, advanced damping systems for smoother rides, and noise-reducing tyres paired with a quiet cabin.
Mahindra’s EV Momentum Grows
Existing customers can now upgrade to the 79 kWh long-range variant if preferred. Mahindra reports that one electric SUV is sold every 10 minutes across India, highlighting its strong EV momentum.
With over 300 service locations, Mahindra aims to make premium electric vehicles more accessible and hassle-free, as it expands its Electric Origin SUV lineup and pushes forward India’s EV revolution.
