The upcoming Royal Enfield Scrambler 650 was spied numerous times undergoing testing on the International and Indian roads. The Scrambler 650 will feature spoke-wire wheels, elevated ground clearance, and most likely an extended wheelbase with longer-travel suspension. Distinguishing itself from the other 650cc in the Royal Enfield’s and its rivals portfolios, the Scrambler could sport dual-tip exhaust system while harnessing all the power from the parallel-twin 648cc liquid-cooled engine. We could expect it to launch in the mid-to-late 2024.
Royal Enfield Scram 450 (Expected: Late 2024)
Royal Enfield is developing a new offering: the Scram 440. This model will feature a fresh single-cylinder air/oil-cooled 440cc engine, a derivative of the current 411cc motor found in the Scram 411. The introduction of the Scram 440 is likely to replace the existing Scram 411 in Royal Enfield’s lineup. Although specific details about the Scram 440 are currently limited, it’s anticipated to occupy a position below both the Himalayan 450 and the Scram 450, boasting a more accessible price point.
Honda Scrambler CB350-based (Expected: 2025)
Earlier this year, the design patent for the Honda CB350-based Scrambler motorcycle was leaked online. Anticipated for a potential early 2025 launch, this new bike will complement the CB350-based Adventure model, with both designs patented in India. The Scrambler will share its engine and core components with the CB350, featuring the familiar 348.36cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine generating 21 BHP and 30 NM Torque. Much of the hardware is expected to be directly borrowed from the CB350 to manage costs effectively. Positioned above the current CB350 range, both the Adventure and Scrambler models are anticipated to be priced accordingly.
