Maruti Ciaz vs Skoda Slavia – Exterior and Interior
From the outside, the Maruti Ciaz has sharp looking LED Projector headlamps with the front grille made up of tiny rectangle blocks and is positioned little lower for the meaner and premium look. The bonnet has few cuts on it and there is use of chrome around the fog lamps coverings and a chrome line at the bottom part of the grille. Moving to the side, it has few cuts on the body, a chrome line on the bottom frame of the window and it rides on the 16-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels. Moving to the rear, it has LED taillamps with a chrome element joining both the taillamps.
From the front, Skoda Slavia has the classic rectangular grille at the front with curves at the top edge with the grille surrounding finished in chrome. Then there is the LED projector headlamps with L-shaped LED DRLs within the headlamps and below them is the LED fog lamps. Moving to the sides, it has cuts and creases for aggressive look with a chrome line running through the bottom of the window frame and it rides on the 16-inch alloy wheels. From the inside, the Maruti Ciaz has a 7-inch infotainment system placed below the AC vents and the rectangular shaped AC vents at the side. Skoda Slavia on the other hand, it has an 8-inch infotainment system placed above the AC vent and at the sides it has round-shape AC vents. The Slavia does have the option for dual-tone dashboard. It has two-spoke multi-function steering wheel with digital instrument cluster, brake pedals finished in black color, and a single-pane sunroof. Around the gear level, it has buttons for ventilated seats for driver and the passenger, idle stop/start system, and to lock the car. The controls for the HVAC are touch-sensitive, so no buttons for them. It has two USB ports at the front and rear. The rear seats has 60:40 split which can be slightly reclined as well.
So, from the outside and the inside, the Ciaz and Slavia both looks very good from the outside giving the luxurious and spacious vibes, however, from the inside, the Slavia looks very premium and spacious from the inside, and has little more comfort and space on offer.
