In this article, we’re going to list the 5 Feature that the upcoming Kia Sonet Facelift gets over its sister brand SUV, Hyundai Venue. Kia had officially confirmed it’s going to launch the Sonet Facelift on December 14th, and a week before it’s official launch, the brochure of the SUV leaked and it gave us all the details on the SUV. The amount of the new features the outgoing version was already incredible, and now with this facelift update, it gets even better.
- Ventilated Seats
- 360 Surround View Camera
- One touch up-down for all windows
- Bigger Infotainment System
- Bigger Digital Instrument Cluster
The first feature is the ventilated seats that Hyundai Venue should’ve gotten in the facelift update back in 2022, but Hyundai chose to not offer this feature. This feature is best during summer seasons as in hot weathers, the ventilated seats help reduce the body heat and prevent sweating on the hottest days of the year. Next Feature it misses is the 360 Surround View Camera.
Nissan Magnite was the first to offer this feature in the segment which was later followed by the Maruti Brezza, then Tata Nexon and now Kia Sonet will get this feature as well. Hyundai should’ve offered this feature as it looks like all its rivals are following the same foot step and offer 360 View Camera. Next feature is the One touch up-down for all windows which Hyundai Venue, and none of its rivals are offered at this point.
Another two feature that Hyundai misses is the bigger infotainment system, and bigger instrument cluster. The infotainment system size of the Sonet is 10.25-inch while on the Venue its 8-inch, and then the Digital Instrument Cluster on Venue is 4.2-inch while on the Sonet, its 10.25-inch fully digital same as the Seltos.
