The exterior of the Nissan X-Trail SUV features a bold, dynamic design with a distinctive V-motion grille. Its sleek LED headlights and daytime running lights enhance visibility and style. The muscular wheel arches and sharp character lines convey strength and agility. Stylish alloy wheels and a floating roof design add a touch of sophistication. The rear includes sleek LED taillights and a sporty rear spoiler, completing its modern and rugged look.

The Nissan X-Trail SUV’s interior blends comfort, sophistication, and functionality. It features a spacious cabin with high-quality materials, seating for up to 5, and premium brown leather upholstery for the cabin. The driver-centric cockpit includes a modern 12.3-inch instrument cluster and multifunction 4-spoke steering wheel. A large touchscreen infotainment system ranging between 8 to 12.3-inch with Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto ensures seamless connectivity.
Dual-zone climate control, rear air vents, ample storage space, ambient lighting, and a panoramic sunroof enhance the luxurious and practical feel of the interior. Steptronic Gear lever on the centre console, two cupholders next to it, electric parking brake behind the gear lever, and in front of fixed armrest, there’s round dial for terrain modes.
Powertrain-wise, the SUV will be equipped with the 1.5 L 3 Cylinder Turbo Petrol engine delivering 201 BHP and 305 NM Torque mated to an CVT Gearbox, although it isn’t known if it’ll come in India as 2-Wheel-Drive (2WD), or 4-Wheel-Drive (4WD).
Nissan will be bringing the SUV in India through the CBU in limited numbers, most likely 2500 units without homologation. It’s expected to be priced between Rs. 30 – Rs. 35 Lakhs. Upon launch, it’ll rival the Hyundai Tucson, Jeep Meridian, Skoda Kodiaq, and Volkswagen Tiguan while also indirectly rivalling the Toyota Fortuner.
