Harley-Davidson has announced a significant price reduction for its X440 motorcycle in India, offering a ₹15,000 discount on the mid-spec Vivid variant. This limited-time offer brings the price down to ₹2.45 lakh (ex-showroom) and is available until August 15, 2024. Despite its premium appeal and modern features, the X440 has struggled to meet sales expectations, partly due to the recent launch of the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450. To clear excess stock, some dealers are now offering this discount.

Inspired by the classic HD XR1200, the Harley-Davidson X440 boasts a distinctive neo-retro design with modern touches. It features a circular headlamp, offset console, boxy fuel tank, and extended tail section with sturdy grab rails. The Vivid variant omits the diamond-cut alloy wheels and e-sim features found in the top-spec S variant, which includes a 3.5-inch instrument cluster.
