New Ciaz 2018 will be launched in India on August 20,2018.Bookings for the sedan are open at Rs. 21,000.At launch,2018 Ciaz will reportedly come with new 1.5-litre petrol engine.This engine will be paired to SHVS mild-hybrid technology and mated to 5-speed manual transmission and 4-speed torque converter transmission.This engine also powers the 2nd generation Indonesian-spec Ertiga.1.5-litre K15B engine produces power of 105 PS with peak torque of 138 NM.Ciaz facelift petrol manual will deliver mileage of 21.56 KMPL while the AT motor is slightly less fuel efficient at 20.28 KMPL.

A new Suzuki developed 1.5-litre diesel engine will follow later.Ciaz Facelift will see many tweaks on the interior and exterior with certain features add-ons.When Alunched,2018 Ciaz will compete with New Hyundai Verna,Honda City,Toyota Yaris,VW Vento and Skoda Rapid.
