Unlike the updated Ertiga, XL6 facelift will get more exterior updates with the addition of premium equipments.
Maruti XL6 Facelift will be amongst the multiple launches that are planned for this year. Here are all the major aspects you need to know about upcoming XL6 Facelift:
1 Exterior Updates
XL6 facelift will receive updated to headlamp design, tweaked front grille, slight modifications to the bumpers along with newly designed bigger 16-inch wheels.
2 Interior Changes
While the interiors will be more or less the same with the update. Like the Ertiga, Maruti here also, will have glossy finish on the dash albeit interior theme will continue the same.
There were rumours floating on the internet regarding the addition of 7 seater option along with already available captain seat choice. However, we have to wait till the official launch whether the carmakers would add it or not.

Ertiga, XL6 Facelift and New gen S Cross & Brezza will receive this new K15C petrol unit which is more fuel efficient than before but at the same time, it is slightly downgraded in terms of performance.
There won’t be any diesel engine on offer and CNG will remain limited to Ertiga MPV.

These are the current dimensions of XL6. Like we have seen with Ertiga facelift, the kerb weight and gross vehicle weight has gone up with the addition of new transmission and powertrains, same can be expected with upcoming MPV in Nexa showrooms.
Expect kerb weight to go up by 15 kg to 90 kgs. Tyre size will also be bigger than before.
5 New Features
Since it falls in the price bracket of feature laden Kia Carens, Maruti XL6 will come loaded with 360 degree camera, paddle shifters, 4 airbags, new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with amazon alexa, suzuki connect among others.
With the newly added features and safety equipments, XL6 will be in a much better position to compete with the newly launched Kia Carens.
6 Price
As we have seen with Ertiga Facelift which got quite a big price jump, even for some variants, it was more than Rs 1 lakh, one can expect the same with upcoming XL6 facelift.
Currently retailing between Rs 10.14 lakh and Rs 12.02 lakh, the facelifted version will be somewhere price between Rs 10.35 lakh and Rs 12.70 lakhs (Ex Showroom).
7 Launch Date
Maruti Suzuki XL6 Facelift price announcement and launch will take place on April 21.
