Mahindra plans to release four new SUVs with significant enhancements to the market this year. This might be a game-changer for the Indian automaker and have a significant impact on the SUV segment.
In the first half of 2024, Mahindra plans to introduce its sportier compact SUV. With new alloys, a new front and back fascia, and other new technological features, the all-new XUV300 is probably going to receive significant design upgrades. Based on the Mahindra BE (Born Electric) series, the design language is probably going to be used. A larger touch-screen infotainment system and a panoramic sunroof are anticipated to be included in the new XUV300 facelift, assuming no dimensions are altered. The 1.2-liter turbocharged gasoline and 1.5-liter diesel engine sets under the hood are probably going to be the same. This will resemble the XUV 700 in terms of body style, with minor adjustments to give it a more distinctive EV appearance. Along with the twin-screen arrangement present on the current XUV 700, it is anticipated to have an extra touchscreen for the passengers. It is anticipated that the New XUV-e8 will have an 80kWh battery pack, two power outputs that can provide 230 and 350 horsepower, respectively, and most likely a twin-motor arrangement to power the AWD variant. This electric SUV may be the most practical one, as it offers a fantastic balance of modern technology, safety, and comfort.
