BMW India have recently launched the 3rd generation X6 SUV-Coupe in India and a new M50d variant of X7 flagship SUV. And now they have added a new trim to the X5 which joins the 30d xLine and the 40i M Sport.

BMW X5 xDrive 30d SportX is the new base variant of the premium SUV which sits below the xLine trim and replaces the latter as the standard model as well. It misses out on a couple of features as compared to its one upper level trim, xDrive30d xLine.

The dimensions of the SportX are similar to M Sport as well as xLine one difference being the availability of smaller tyre size which is 19-inchers as compared to the larger 20-inch on offer for both the higher models of the SUV.
