BMW X6 will be launched in India on June 11. It was unveiled back in July 2019 and after that its testing started. Back on January 27, 2020 the bookings commenced for the SUV-coupe but due to coronavirus pandemic, the launch was delayed. And now BMW India have posted a teaser video of 2020 BMW X6 on their Instagram handle. It will be brought via the CBU track.
In terms of design, upfront it features BMW’s signature kidney front grille, LED Laserlight and LED fog lamps. Big air intakes are there at the lower end. It will be available with standard 20-inch alloy with bigger 21 inch alloys as an option. Side and wheel arch cladding are also present with sleek roof rails. Coming to the rear, the main highlight is stylish and modern LED tail lamps. Other prominent stuff here are twin exhaust pipes and skid plates.
BMW X6 will be powered by 3.0 L 6 cylinder turbocharged petrol engine capable of generation 335 BHP and 450 NM. It is paired to 8 speed automatic transmission option and also BMW’s xDrive 4wd setup.
Third generation 2020 BMW X6 will be available in India in two variants – xLine and M Sport. What differentiates both these trims is the use of glossy black inserts for M Sport on various elements inside out includes the wing mirrors, front grille surrounds along with M Sport Steering and differently designed alloys.

BMW X6 is expected to be launched in India at a introductory ex showroom price of Rs. 1 crore with M Sport costing Rs. 1.2 Cr. When released, the coupe SUV will take on the likes of Audi Q8 and Porsche Cayenne Coupe.Here is the current price list of the competitors of upcoming BMW X6:

Compared to its direct rivals, the price of BMW X6 is still very competitive as it undercuts Q8 by Rs. 14 Lakhs and Cayenne Coupe by nearly the same amount as well. While the GLE coupe falls in the same price territory as that of the upcoming X6.
BMW India recently launched their flagship sedan in the form of 8 series digitally and now the automakers will bring their SUV-Coupe to India on June 11, 2020.
