With the introduction of M50d trim, the total variants of the BMW flagship SUV have now increased to 4.
BMW India has silently launched the M50d variant of X7. It is priced in India at Rs. 1.63 Cr (Ex Showroom Price). This new trim sits at the top of the range for the SUV and now the variant list of X7 includes 30d DPE, 30d DPE Signature, 40i M Sport and M50d.

What is the M50d variant all about?
BMW X7 M50d variant is the most expensive trim of the lineup and the great difference between 40i M Sport and M50d is also as the lower trims are locally assembled at BMW’s plant in the country while the newly introduced trim is brought in as CBU.
It gets M Sport package includes M steering wheel, M Sport exhaust, M Sport brakes and makes more use of glossy black elements rather than chrome trims.
What are the specifications of X7 M50d?
The dimensions remains unchanged and are similar to the other variants. Is is 5.1 m long, 2 m wide and 1.8 m tall. Wheelbase is 3.1 m while the boot carrying capacity is 326 litres. Ground clearance is 221 mm which can be raised upto 40 mm thanks to air suspension.
