With March approaching fast, there are few important car launches bound to take place. From Hyundai to Maruti Suzuki, here are the four cars we expect it to go on sale in March 2023.

1. Hyundai Verna 2023 (6th Generation)
Launch Date: March 21st, 2023

Hyundai had confirmed the next-gen Verna launch for March 21st.

Hyundai had confirmed that the next-gen Verna would launch on March 21. Bookings for the mid-size sedan are already open at an amount of Rs. 25,000. Hyundai on their social handles and their websites had released the sketches of how the new Verna would look from the front and the sides, which suggests this model, will be larger, sportier, and premium as well. The feature that we expect to come with are the ADAS, full-digital instrument cluster, a bigger infotainment system, and much more. The new Verna will no longer come with diesel engine, and now will offer only petrol engines with a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine that produces 160 bhp and 315 Nm of torque.

2. Maruti Suzuki Fronx
Expected Launch Date: Mid to late March 2023

Maruti showcased the Fronx at Auto Expo in January that is based on the Baleno hatchback.

It is expected that Maruti Suzuki will reveal the Baleno-crossover SUV this March. The Fronx has a mixed design language carried from the Baleno and the Grand Vitara. The interior of the cabin feels and looks similar to Baleno while the front look of the car is similar to the Grand Vitara. It’ll get only petrol engines with two options – 1.2 litre petrol engine that produces 88 bhp and 113 Nm of torque, the other is the 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine that produces 99 bhp and 147.6 Nm of torque with mild-hybrid technology. In features, it’ll get 360-degree camera, ESP, wireless charger, heads-up display, auto headlamps, and 9-inch infotainment system. Lastly, it will also get six airbags.

3. Honda City Facelift
Launch Date: March 2nd, 2023

Honda is gearing up to launch the facelift of City to rival the new Verna.

Honda will launch the updated City on March 2nd, 2023 to rival the Hyundai’s Verna that’ll launch in March as well. The Facelift Honda City is expected to get new features such as the ventilated seats, and ADAS from the hybrid variant. It is also being said that the Honda will launch an much affordable hybrid variant during the facelift launch and it’ll continue to offer 1.5-litre petrol engine with strong hybrid technology that’ll be BS6 Stage II compliance.

4. Toyota Innova Crysta
Expected Launch Date: Mid to late March, 2023.

Toyota Innova Crysta got a facelift back in January and didn’t go on sale in February, so expect it for March.

Toyota Innoca Crysta got a minor facelift in January and was expected to go on sale in February, but that didn’t happen. So, it is expected the car will go on sale sometime in March with the old-gen Innova Crysta co-existing with the new one in a 2.4-litre diesel engine with Manual Transmission with no Automatic Transmission and no petrol engines on offer as well. It’ll come with features like automatic headlamps with projector set-up, powered driver’s seat, seven airbags, and a big infotainment system.

Two sedans, one is new-generation sedan, the other is the facelift will rival each other along with a hatchback crossover SUV that will be on sale this March.
