Honda is preparing to reintroduce the third generation of the Amaze sedan with a number of new technological features along with significant stylistic changes. With Honda’s reliability, this compact sedan might have the best amenities in its class.
The 2024 Honda Amaze is expected to receive a significant redesign in terms of style and design language before making its global premiere later this year. This popular compact sedan is probably going to have a number of next-generation features, and Honda is probably going to include its Safety Sensing System (Adas tech) in this coming generation of the New Amaze. In the market for compact sedans, this may be disruptive.
The popular sedans, the City and the previous Accord generations, are expected to influence the design language of the upcoming Honda Amaze. The new design will have a more streamlined, crisp exterior with a rear end that resembles a coupe. This will stand out in the market considering its newly designed front and back fascia, new projectors, and tail lamp configuration. Expected interior improvements for this compact sedan include a redesigned floating touchscreen infotainment system, a comfortable and luxurious interior, and a host of cutting-edge technological amenities.
Honda confirmed that the next iteration of the Amaze will only be available with a gasoline engine. Like the current Amaze on sale, it is probably going to use the same 1.2-liter SOHC I-Vtech gasoline engine connected to a 5-speed manual or CVT. This engine can generate up to 110 Nm of peak torque and 88.5 PS of power. The Honda Amaze will have the most affordable price tag of any compact sedan with a CVT gearbox. Similar to the second-generation Amaze, Honda might likely offer a new model of Amaze with factory-installed CNG.
