Renault has revealed a new C-Segment car,Renault Captur Coupe SUv which will be showcased at the Moscow Motor Show 2018.The French car makers have decided to target the emerging markets with this fresh crossover.The name of the car is still unknown and will be built at Renault Russian Plant and will be first launched in Russia.
It will be based on same platform which also underpins the Captur and Duster and measure 4.3m in length.This crossover is largely modelled around Renault Captur with a coupe like roofline.This model will be premium alternative to outgoing Renault captur.
The teaser reveals the front look of the crossover while there has been some spy pics which reveals a BMW X4 like rear.Renault Captur Coupe SUV has a compact V-shaped,chrome inserts in the grille with large Renault Diamond logo.Upfront,it also includes sleek C-shaped LED DRLs which flows from top of the headlamps to the chrome studded bumper.Fog lamps are surrounded by two chrome L shaped bars.The teaser also gives a glance of big wheel arches.Overall with chrome accents all around in the front section,this crossover is high on premiumness as compared to other renault cars.
Initially it will be launched in Russia and Latin America and will ride on low cost B0 platform.It will first go on sale in Russia in early 2019 and then in early 2020,Captur Coupe based on CMF-B platform will be launched in China and South Korea.

While there is no confirmation regarding the launch of Renault Captur Coupe SUV in India responding to the low sales figures of Captur in India.Also Renault Duster is ready to enter into new generation in later half of this year,we can expect that this model may be launched as a special edition of Reno Captur.If launched in India,it will be priced around Rs. 50,000 higher than the present model between Rs. 10.5 Lakhs-14.5 Lakhs(Ex-Showroom,Delhi).
