Tata Harrier has recently only got dual tone colour options for its top end trim as a part of celebrating 10,000 Harrier customers.Now Harrier Dark Edition has been launched in India for the upcoming festive season.It gets a number of interior and exterior updates over regular Tata Harrier.
Harrier Dark Edition is priced at Rs. 16.76 Lakhs which means it has got a same price tag as that of Harrier XZ Dual Tone variant.And it is available only in the top end fully loaded XZ model and not in other trims including XE, XM and XT.
Harrier Dark Edition comes with a total of 14 enhancements on the interior and exterior fronts.Exterior upgrades includes New Atlas Black colour, R17 Blackstone alloy wheels, black outside rear view mirror, dark edition badging, grey headlamp bezel and front and rear skid plates in black finish.
Interior of the SUV also gets quite a few updates as well.The Oak Brown leather seat upholstery is now being replaced by sporty Benecke-Kaliko Blackstone leather seats and it also gets contrasting grey stitching as well.The dashboard is also now in Blackstone matrix finish which complements the interiors and also the door panels follows the same finish.The dashboard also gets gunmetal grey premium inserts.

Tata Harrier is built up on OMEGA ARC platform which is derived from Land Rover’s D8 platform and follows the Impact 2.0 Design language.It has got a very upright stance and looks bold and striking all around.Interiors are quite premium and the fit and finish of materials is top notch.

Harrier comes in 5 colour options and now it gets a new Atlas black colour and comes with a warranty of 2 years and 75,000 kms and can be extended as well.For now, it is available with 2.0 L KRYOTEC Diesel engine with 6 speed manual gearbox and will be getting a BS-VI Diesel engine and diesel automatic as well as petrol engine by next year.
Tata Harrier has been doing average sales of 1,000 units per month and the direct rivals of Harrier includes newly launched Morris Garages Hector and Jeep Compass.
