Mahindra has launched it’s premium MPV, Marazzo at a base price of Rs. 9.99 Lakhs (Ex-Showroom) in September 2018.Although it is offered with only a diesel manual powertrain, but still it is doing quite well since it’s launch.Even it left Mahindra Scorpio behind in terms of sales in the month of November 2018.So here we bring some of the best features of Marazzo which make it really an attractive proposition.
1. Personal Reminders
Mahindra Marazzo comes with feature of Personal reminders which provides reminders including Anniversary, Birthday, Vehicle Anniversary.All this information is provided by the super responsive MID of Marazzo.It also provides Take Rest Reminder at around 250 km/2.5 hrs non-stop driving, whichever is easier.
2. Stylish 17-inch Alloys
Mahindra Marazzo MPV sits on stylish 17-inch twin-spoke machined alloys.The lower trims of the Marazzo gets 16-incher wheel while the 17-inch sporty alloys are offered only on the top-spec M8 trim.
3. Cooled Glovebox with illumination
Mahindra Marazzo gets a big glovebox which has cooling feature to keep the drinks and other stuff cool during hot summer.The Cooled glovebox is also illuminated which is quite helpful in night.
4. Emergency call
Emergency call is one of the class leading safety feature which shares the location of the MPV and at the same time also sends SMS notification when the airbags are deployed.The sharing of the location as well as the sending of the SMS is performed using the paired smartphone and the message is sent via the Mahindra’s BlueSense App.
5. Multiple Seating Options
Mahindra Marazzo, apart from offering spacious cabin is available in two seating layouts – 7 seater and 8 seater.The price difference between the two seating option model is not that great and varies for the trim you choose.Also, the top of the line variant of Marazzo, that is, M8 comes only in 7 seater option and rest all 3 variant comes in both 7 and 8 seater.
6. Spacious Cabin
Mahindra Marazzo offers loads of space for the second row and third row passengers.Even a 6-footer would find himself comfortable even in the third row.Mahindra Marazzo is longest in it’s segment and having the highest wheelbase, it can easily accommodate 8 passengers.Big windows further adds to the roominess of the cabin.Some smart storage areas have been provided for keeping small stuff for long journeys.The 2nd and 3rd row seats can be folded to accommodate more space.
7. Shark Inspired Design
Designed in collaboration with Mahindra studio and Pininfirina, a number of shark cues are evident on the striking exterior of the MPV.It sports shark teeth inspired front grille and shark tail like striking tail lamps.Overall the design looks appealing and muscular.
8. Responsive and Big Infotainment System
Marazzo gets a big 7-inch Touchscreen Infotainment System with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, bluetooth audio, handsfree calling, picture viewer, configurable wallpaper and much more.This system is super responsive and gets inbuilt navigation as well.
9. Roof Mounted A/C Vents
Mahindra Marazzo gets industry first surround cool technology.These A/C vents are mounted on the roof and are setup in longitudinal layout.The roof-mounted air-cons are provided right from the basic trim.It also comes with either diffused or direct option which can be selected as per the comfort of the passengers.
10. Ecosense
Ecosense which is also offered on XUV500 helps to improve fuel efficiency of the vehicle.What does it do is that it comes with an eco score which provides information regarding how efficient the car has driven.Although it is not a new features for Mahindra but still it helps to cut carbon emissions significantly.
