Tata unveiled the production-ready Harrier EV at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, showcasing multiple upgrades over its earlier prototype. This electric iteration of the Harrier introduces advanced technology and segment-first features, including a “Summon Mode” that enables the SUV to autonomously drive toward the user, eliminating the need to walk to the vehicle.
Design-wise, the Harrier EV sports a closed front grille, 19-inch alloy wheels, and .ev badging on the tailgate and front doors. Inside, it retains the familiar ICE model layout but now adopts a white-themed interior for a more premium appeal.
On the performance front, Tata has confirmed that the Harrier EV will deliver 500 Nm of torque and come equipped with an All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) system. It also features new terrain modes, Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) charging, along with other exclusive enhancements.
The Harrier EV was supposed to launch by March 2025, but it’ll launch on June 4th positioning itself as a direct rival to the Mahindra XEV.9e.
