ADAS (Autonomous Driver Assistance System)!
The Engage MPV will be the first Maruti Model ever to feature ADAS in it’s line-up and it’ll be great for Maruti given how reliable and trustworthy Maruti is to it’s customers, offering some big features will surely gain attraction towards it’s Premium MPV. It’ll have ADAS features such as features such as Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), high beam assist, lane trace assist, blind spot monitoring system, rear cross traffic alert, and Pre-Collision System.
New Infotainment System!
Maruti had introduced a new 9-inch infotainment system with the Baleno facelift in 2022 and many quite like it’s responsive UI over it’s ancestor, the 7-inch display. But with the Engage, it’ll get the new 10.1-inch infotainment system in rectangular shape with which you can wirelessly connect your phone and use the Apple Carplay/Android Auto, check vehicle statistics, access music players, and other things.
JBL Sound System!
For the first time in a Maruti car, the Engage will have 9-speaker JBL sound system which is a big upgrade for Maruti as it’s most-expensive model, Grand Vitara has a 6-speaker Arkamy’s sound system which is no where as good as JBL’s sound system. With the JBL, the sound quality will be much better, clearer, and you’ll probably love listening your songs through the JBL sound system.
Powered-Driver Seat & Captain Seats!
Another new feature Maruti model will have for the first time is the powered driver seat that is 8-way adjustable and 2 people memory function. This feature should’ve been present in the Grand Vitara as well, but it doesn’t come in top Alpha+ Hybrid variant, but in the Engage for the first time people will get their hands on the powered driver seat. Secondly, the second row get’s Captain seats with ottoman functions which basically provides extra under thigh support to make you feel more relaxed and comfy.
Increased Safety!
The Maruti Engage will come with seven airbags instead of six airbags as part of increased safety for it’s customers. Moreover, it has safety features such as ABS with EBD, Tyre-Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS),Electronic Stability Control (ESC), 360-degree camera with rear parking sensors, Traction Control, Hill Assist, Hill Descent Control, Disc Brakes on all 4 wheels, ISOFIX anchorages, and Automatic Headlamps.
