Mahindra has announced that the XUV700’s AX7 range is getting a price cut and will now start from Rs. 19.49 lakh (ex-showroom), down from the previous Rs. 21.54 lakh.

In a press statement, Mahindra stated that the new, more affordable pricing for the XUV700 AX7 range (including the Luxury Pack trims) is intended to make the variants more accessible to buyers. These celebratory prices coincide with the upcoming three-year anniversary of the model in India and are valid only for four months. Additionally, two new color options—Deep Forest and Burnt Sienna—have been introduced, bringing the total body color choices to nine.

Other than that, there’s no addition or reduction in features and no mechanical changes. It continues to be powered by the 2.2 L Diesel and 2.0 L Turbo Petrol Engine with Transmission choice being 6 Speed Manual (MT) and the Automatic (AT) Gearbox.
The SUV consists of features such as ventilated front seats, ADAS, Powered Tailgate, 360 Surround View Camera, Front Powered Seats, Electric Parking Brake, Dual-Zone Climate Control, 6 Airbags, and so much more.
The XUV700 rivals the likes of Tata Harrier and Safari, MG Hector and Hector Plus, Hyundai Alcazar, Jeep Compass, etc.
