MG Motors India has updated 4 of its Models – Comet EV, Astor, Hector, ZS EV with new paint scheme and black out interiors. Here’s everything you need to know!
MG Updates 4 Models: What is this Update?
MG Motors has launched a new Special Edition for the four models to celebrate 100 Years since the brands establishment. Out of the four models, Gloster isn’t getting it for some reason, and also MG hasn’t mentioned how long this will be available.
From the outside, the special edition sports a green paint which MG calls it as “Evergreen” paying homage to the classic “British Racing Green.” They have badges on the rear to distinguish. Inside, you’ll find an all-black interiors with green highlights, green theme colour for the Infotainment System, and “100 Year Limited Edition” embroidered on the front headrests.
Other than that, you’ll find no changes in features and engine-wise.
The Comet EV is equipped with 17.3 kWh battery pack delivering 230 KM Range on single charge. The Astor has two engine options – 1.5 L Petrol with 108.5 BHP and 144 NM mated to 6 Speed Manual and Automatic Gearbox; the other is the 1.3 L Turbo Petrol with CVT Gearbox and it’s available with top-spec trim only. The Hector gets 2 Engine Options – 1.5 L Turbo Petrol producing 141 BHP and 250 NM Torque mated to 6 Speed Manual and CVT Gearbox; and the 2.0 L Diesel delivering 168 BHP and 350 NM Torque mated to 6 Speed Manual Gearbox only. Lastly, the ZS EV is equipped with 50.3 kWh battery pack with 461 KM Claimed Range.
