Bajaj Launched the highly awaited performance bike for enthusiasts at Rs. 1,84,112!
Bajaj Auto has unveiled the highly anticipated 2025 Pulsar RS 200, introducing significant updates to one of India’s most iconic faired motorcycles. First launched in 2015, the Pulsar RS 200 has long been a favorite among motorcycling enthusiasts for its performance and bold styling. With this latest iteration, Bajaj aims to elevate its appeal as an entry-level track machine and a versatile everyday ride.
Bold Design
The 2025 Pulsar RS 200 sports noticeable design upgrades, including a sharper, sculpted fairing and a striking naked rear section with integrated LED tail lamps. The aerodynamic full-faired styling is further enhanced with bold new graphics that exude youthful energy. The motorcycle is available in three vibrant color options: Glossy Racing Red, Pearl Metallic White, and Active Satin Black. However, a refreshed frontal design was expected but remains unchanged.
Sumeet Narang, President, Marketing, Bajaj Auto, commented, “The Pulsar range has always been a symbol of thrill and innovation, loved as the motorcycle that ignited India’s biking revolution. The new Pulsar RS 200, with carefully curated updates, strikes a perfect balance between exhilarating speed and impeccable cornering precision, making it the perfect allrounder for the track and everyday rides.”
Reliable Performance
At its heart, the 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 retains its proven 199.5 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine. The BSVI-compliant powertrain delivers 24.5 PS at 9,750 rpm and 18.7 Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox, now equipped with an assist and slipper clutch for smoother gear shifts and enhanced control during aggressive riding.
The bike’s dual-channel ABS system ensures optimal braking performance, while wider tyres—140/70-17 at the rear and 110/70-17 at the front—offer superior grip. Customizable ride modes—Road, Rain, and Off-road—add versatility by adjusting ABS intervention based on surface conditions.
Modern Connectivity and Lighting
A key highlight of the 2025 Pulsar RS 200 is the new Bluetooth-enabled bonded glass LCD instrument console, now a familiar feature in the Pulsar range. This advanced console provides turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, gear position indicators, and more, ensuring a seamless and connected riding experience.
For enhanced visibility, the RS 200 features twin LED projector headlamps and LED daytime running lights, offering uniform lighting for night rides. The redesigned integrated tail lamp adds a premium and futuristic touch.
Price
The 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 is priced at Rs. 1,84,115 (ex-showroom, Delhi), making it a competitive choice in the entry-level performance bike segment. The motorcycle directly rivals the Hero Karizma XMR 210, with Bajaj also hinting at an upcoming 250 cc version to strengthen its lineup.
Sumeet Narang further stated, “Moreover, its sporty graphics, floating panels, and aerodynamic full-faired styling along with the addition of the latest tech make it a standout choice for the youth. Bajaj Auto remains committed to delivering products that define motorcycling in their segment, and the updated RS 200 is a bold step towards furthering our dominance.”
The 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 continues to build on its legacy with exciting updates that cater to the needs of modern motorcyclists. Whether on city streets or the race track, this revamped supersport promises to deliver a thrilling riding experience.
