A New variant has been launched by Hero Motors for its 2-Wheeler, Xoom, called the Combat Edition. It is available in one paint scheme only, and looks very identical to the ZX trim.

The new Hero Xoom Combat Edition is based on the ZS variant, and comes with a new colour scheme – “Matte Shadow Grey,” with Grey Coat emblazoned with yellow and black accents. This paint scheme is meant to pay tribute to the colour seen on the fighter jet aircraft. With this addition, the Hero Xoom now has five colour options – Black, Polster Blue, Pearl Silver White, Matte Abrax Orange, and Matte Shadow Grey. Colour Options are based on the specific variants.

The Combat Edition is the same as the ZX trim like it gets cornering lights, diamond cut alloy wheels, stylish rear-view mirrors, H-shaped Lighting elements at front and rear profile complementing its sportier looks. In Features, it includes fully digital speedometer with real-time mileage and fuel indicator, Smartphone Connectivity to display Caller ID, and SMS Alerts, boot light, and USB Charging Port with glovebox.
The Xoom Combat Edition is powered by the 110.90cc, air-cooled engine delivering 8 BHP and 8.70 NM Torque. The suspension setup includes telescopic forks at the front and unit swing with a spring-loaded hydraulic damper at the rear. The scooter features 12-inch wheels on both ends, fitted with 90/90 section tyres at front, and 100/80 section tyres at rear. Front Brake is equipped with 190 MM Disc Brake while the rear is fitted with 130 MM Drum Brake.
The Hero Xoom Combat Edition is priced at Rs. 80,967 which is the top-line trim in the line-up. It rivals the Honda Dio which is priced between Rs. 70,211 to Rs. 77,712.
