The 2025 Honda City lineup features subtle exterior upgrades, distinguishing the sedan from the hatchback. The sedan’s redesigned grille now sports horizontal slats, paired with reshaped bumpers for a more sophisticated look. Meanwhile, the hatchback gains a sportier grille and bold bumper design, adding a dynamic edge. Both body styles also come equipped with unique alloy wheels tailored to their respective models, enhancing the individualized styling. Dimensionally, the sedan has grown by 25 mm in length, while the hatchback sees a slight 2 mm increase, giving both models a slightly larger stance.
Inside, the 2025 Honda City offers new premium features across its trims. The EX, EXL, and Touring trims now include an electronic parking brake (EPB) with Brake Hold functionality, which holds the vehicle in place until the driver accelerates. These trims also benefit from rear disc brakes and a new wireless charging pad, creating a modern, user-friendly cabin.
The myHonda Connect system, introduced for the EXL and Touring trims, allows drivers to monitor vehicle data remotely, including location, tire pressure, and vehicle status, through a mobile app. The app can also remotely lock or unlock doors and activate the air conditioning. The EX trim has upgraded digital air conditioning with automatic temperature control, while the Touring trim adds dual-zone climate control, allowing customized comfort for driver and passengers alike.

Every model includes the Honda SENSING safety suite, which incorporates Adaptive Cruise Control with Low Speed Follow, Collision Mitigation Braking System, Lane Keeping Assist, and Auto High-Beam functionality. Additional safety enhancements include Vehicle Stability Assist, Hill Start Assist, and a Tire Pressure Monitoring System, ensuring comprehensive safety support across driving conditions.

The 2025 Honda City is set to arrive in Honda dealerships across Brazil on November 9, supported by a three-year warranty.
Despite the enhancements in the Brazilian model, Honda is unlikely to bring the 2025 City updates to India. This decision largely stems from Honda’s distinct market approach for India, focusing towards hybrid and naturally-aspirated options better suited to Indian consumers’ needs. Additionally, India’s lineup typically includes design and tech adjustments specifically tailored for the local market with few features upgrades, often diverging from the updates seen in global markets like Brazil.
