2018 Jazz facelift is all set to launch in India tomorrow.The carmakers have officially teased the updated model ahead of its launch.Accroding to this image and several leaked images,we came to know that there won’t be such significant design updates.Changes are made in terms of features on offer and variant lineup has also been slightly revised.
According to the recent reports,2018 Jazz facelift would now be available only in 3 variants – S, V and VX for the diesel unit which offers only manual gearbox while the petrol engine would be limited to V and VX model,with the availability of both 5 speed manual gearbox along with CVT transmission.
Updated Jazz won’t get any mechanical changes.It will be powered by the same 1.2-litre i-VTEC engine producing 90 bhp of power with maximum torque of 110nm.This unit will be mated to either a 5 speed manual gearbox or CVT transmission with paddle shifters.The 1.5-litre i-DTEC motor with 98 bhp and 200 nm would be mated to only 6-speed manual gearbox.

The base model of updated Jazz will come with host of features like dual airbags,ABS with EBD,steering mounted controls, keyless entry, driver seat adjustment with front centre armrest, rear parking sensors,front centre armrest, push-button start, fabric upholstery and day/night rearview.
The V trim will add 5-inch infotainment system,engine start/stop button,cruise control, automatic AC, rear parking camera, Bluetooth connectivity, and Eco Assist system,15-inch alloys,advanced MID,electrically foldable ORVMs with turn indicators. The top-spec VX trim will add a 6.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, voice command. There will be two new paint options– Radiant red and Lunar silver. The hatchback will sit on 15-inch alloy wheels.This time Honda will ditch magic seats in Jazz Facelift which most probably provided Jazz an upper hand over its rivals.
