Toyota has updated it’s highest selling products,Innova Crysta,Innova Touring Sport and Fortuner with certain safety and convenience features in 2018.
Now the 2018 Toyota Innova Crysta and Innova Touring Sport gets Emergency Brake Signal,Rear Fog Lamps,Front LED Fog Lamps,Anti-Theft Alarm with Glass Break and Ultrasonic Sensor right from the base variant.
Not only this but also the Innova Crysta’s top-end model GX gets add-on features like Touchscreen infotainment system with steering mounted audio controls,electrically operatable ORVMs along with puddle lamps and speed and impact-sensitive door lock and unlock system.
New features which are offered on Fortuner includes Emergency brake signal,Rear Fog lamps,Passenger side powered seat,Electrochromatic Inside Rear-View Mirror (IRVM),Anti-theft alarm with glass break and ultrasonic sensor.
Toyota has also hiked prices for the Toyota Innova Crysta, Innova Touring Sport and the Fortuner.This is mainly due to two reasons;additional features along with 3-year third-party insurance plan for all passenger vehicles.

Engine and transmission options will continue the same.Innova Crysta comes with 3 engine options – two diesel and one petrol.These are 2.4-litre diesel,2.7-litre diesel and 2.8-litre petrol motors.While the Fortuner is offered with only two engine options as it misses out on 2.4-litre diesel unit.Transmission options on offer includes manual and automatic.
Given that Toyota Innova Crysta and Fortuner accounted for over 50,000 units in last eight months,these add-on features will surely help these premium cars to maintain their dominant position in the market.
