New Ertiga gains new alloys, tweaked front grille and subtle changes at rear while 2022 XL6 looks more sporty with the addition of bigger wheels. More use of chrome on the front grille and rear spoiler makes it a head turner.

- Maruti XL6 is longer than Ertiga by 50 mm, wider by 40 mm and is 10 mm taller.
- Boot space with 2nd and 3rd row folded, is more in Ertiga than XL6. Tyre size of XL6 is also larger than that of Ertiga.

Both the MPVs recently got new 1.5 L K15C unit with 101 BHP and 136.8 NM of torque. The difference here lies in claimed fuel efficiency which is higher in XL6 for manual and Ertiga with AT gearbox.

With the availability of CNG option, Ertiga definitely has an upper hand. With the pairing with new CNG, performance is a bit down and at the same time, mileage has risen a bit too.
