Hyundai has launched the all-new Creta Facelift for the Indian Market and it’s priced from Rs. 11 Lakh for the entry-level “E” Petrol Manual Trim with the price going as high as Rs. 20 Lakh for the top SX (O) Automatic Diesel Trim.
New Hyundai Creta Facelift: What you need to know!
Hyundai has official launched the Creta Facelift for the Indian Market and its looks better than it ever did. The SUV is priced between Rs. 11 – Rs. 20 Lakh which means the Facelift is pricier by Rs. 13,000 over the pre-facelift, and the top trim is pricier by Rs. 80,000 than the pre-facelift.
The Creta Facelift gets robust exterior design like the new radiator grille, upright hood contributing towards the strong, assertive and distinct road presence, connected Sequential LED DRLs, and below that is the split unit vertical LED headlamp with cube-like detailing. The side profile features new alloy wheel design, and the rear now gets new dual L-shape connected taillamps. Moreover, the front and rear bumpers are also updated by Hyundai.
Jumping to the inside, the Facelift comes with seamlessly integrated 10.25-inch dual displays – one for infotainment system, and one for fully digital instrument cluster. Below the dual displays is touch-sensitive panel to control infotainment system, and dual-zone climate control. The centre console has been tweaked like the new gear lever for automatic transmissions, illuminated buttons around it for ventilated seats. and so on. The dashboard has been redesigned with thin AC vents, and dual-tone theme. Moreover, the boot space of 433 L is the same as before, and other changes inside the cabin include lighter colours and copper details.

The Facelift comes with 3 Engine Options and 5 Gearbox Choices with the Petrol engine having a fuel efficiency between 17.4 – 17.7 KMPL; new 1.5 L Turbo Petrol engine producing 158 BHP and 253 NM of torque paired to 7 Speed DCT with 18.4 KMPL Mileage and it’s only available with the top-spec SX (O) Turbo Petrol trim. The Diesel is the most fuel efficient engine choice for buyers with mileage between 19.1 – 21.8 KMPL.
The facelift gets new features like Seamless Integrated Dual 10.25-inch Displays, 360 Surround View Camera, Level 2 ADAS, Blind Spot Monitor, Front Parking Sensors, dual-zone climate control, 2-step reclinable rear seats, rear sunshades, new connected tech like Jio Saavn Music Streaming App; and you can remotely keep an eye on the SUV through the eSim-based setup that Hyundai has introduced.
In Safety, Hyundai claims it has bodyshell has been reinforced at critical points for better crash protection. In ADAS, it gets 19 Level 2 features such as Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Lane Following Assist, Blind Spot Collision Warning, Driver Attention Warning, Rear Collision Traffic Avoidance Assist, and many more.
Hyundai is selling the Creta in 7 Variants – E, EX, S, S(O), SX, SX Tech, and SX (O). Notably, it has 6 Color Options – Robust Emerald Pearl (New), Fiery Red, Ranger Khaki, Abyss Black, Atlas White, and Titan Grey, & Dual-tone option – Atlas White with Black Roof.
The deliveries of the SUV are set to begin later this month. The new Creta competes with Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, Kia Seltos, Honda Elevate, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, MG Astor, and Citroen C3 Aircross.
