The new Fortuner is set to get big changes like new front face which looks a semi-hexagon shape grille with three horizontal slats and new sharper looking tri-cube LED headlights with thinner and sleeker looking LED DRLs with in the headlamp unit. The side profile will likely look the same except it’ll sport new set of alloy wheels. Moving to the rear, it’s likely the new Fortuner will get connected LED taillamps and new bumper design both the front and the rear.
Jumping to the Cabins, it’s possible it will get subtle change in dashboard design to accommodate a bigger free-standing 10.25-inch infotainment system with slimmer AC vents below. There will be a new fully digital instrument cluster which Toyota could borrow from the Innova HyCross, and in front of the cluster will be the new 4-spoke steering wheel. Moreover, the 2nd-row could get the Ottoman Seats which was seen in the HyCross as many of its rivals in the segment offer Captain Seats, and Toyota could follow the same footstep with the Fortuner.

The New Fortuner will continue to sport the 2.8 L 4 Cylinder Diesel engine except it’ll be paired to the 48V battery for the mild-hybrid which will help to reduce emissions and achieve better fuel efficiency. It is likely the power and the torque output will remain the same, 201 BHP and 420 NM for IMT Gearbox, and 500 NM for Automatic Gearbox. Additionally, the 2.7 L Petrol Engine will also be paired to a 48V Battery with 164 BHP and 245 NM of torque mated to 5 Speed Manual and 6 Speed Automatic Gearbox.

Toyota had confirmed 2024 launch for the Indian Market, and we should more about the SUV in the coming months.
MG Motors was spotted testing the Gloster Facelift for the first time in India few weeks ago, and while it fully camouflaged, it still revealed certain details that help us identify how the SUV is going to look. The Gloster Facellift will look almost identical to the LDV D90 showcased in Australia and New Zealand. It’ll undergo heavy changes like new rectangle-shape grille pattern, new headlamps, new connected taillamps, updated bumpers, and so much more.
The cabin will be updated like the new infotainment system, redesigned dashboard and center console, two new rotary dials for drive modes, and 4×4 selector, but retains the slimmer AC vents, and the steering wheel. As for the powertrains, MG offers 2.2 L Single Turbo, and Twin-Turbo Engine mated to 8 Speed Torque Converter Automatic in India, and will probably continue to offer the same option.
As for the features, it comes with heated and ventilated seats, Level 2 ADAS, new digital instrument cluster, 3-zone climate control, 360-Surround View Camera, Powered Front Seats, 4×4 Drive Selector, Captain Seats in second-row, 12 Speaker Sound System, Automatic Power Tailgate, 7 Terrain Modes, Heated ORVMs, Electro-mechanical Differential Lock, Electric Parking Brake with Auto Hold, Driver Fatigue Reminder System, and so much more.
We expect MG Motors to launch the Gloster Facelift in the 2nd half of 2024.
Skoda along the reveal of 4th Gen Superb also revealed the new 2nd-Gen Kodiaq which is styled on the “Modern Solid” philosophy as it features a very rugged, bold look over the 1st Gen predecessor. The 2nd Kodiaq is bigger in dimensions which means that 3rd Row space has improved while also having more space to store stuff. The interior widely looks very similar to the new 4th Gen Superb and now it looks premium and kind of luxurious as well while also having a mix of physical and touch-sensitive buttons.
The new Kodiaq is powered by the 2.0 L Petrol and Diesel Engine along with a new plug-in hybrid and mild-hybrid 1.5 L Petrol Engines. Moreover, Skoda offers 4×4 drivetype only for the Diesel Automatic. The new Kodiaq will be making its way to India in 2024 but we’ve no idea of what powertrain it’ll be equipped or is it going to be a complete CBU unit.
