New-Gen Maruti Dzire
Expected Launch: Sept 2024
The next-generation Maruti Dzire showcases a bold hexagonal grille, sleek LED DRLs, redesigned bumpers, new multi LEDs Headlamps, and Y-shaped LED tail lamps. Inside, it features a 9-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a dual-tone dashboard, a new climate control panel, fabric seats, USB ports, and a single-pane sunroof.
Key Details:
- Engine: 1.2-liter petrol, 80.46 BHP, 111.7 NM torque
- Transmission: 5-speed manual or automatic gearbox; CNG variant in the future
- Expected Price: Rs. 7 – 10 lakh
Additional Features: wireless charging, automatic climate control, rear AC vents, a 6-speaker system, ABS, ESC, six airbags, and a 360-degree camera.
Upon it’s launch, it’ll compete with the Honda Amaze which is getting a new-generation update as well, Tata Tigor, and Hyundai Aura.
Nissan Magnite Facelift
Expected Launch: December 2024
The 2024 Nissan Magnite Facelift was spotted testing in Chennai, revealing updates like new multi-spoke 16-inch alloy wheels, possible LED tail-lights with a light bar, and a shark fin antenna. Interior details remain mostly undisclosed, but a white dashboard hints at updates for lower or mid variants.
Engine options are expected to remain unchanged:

- : 71.01 BHP, 96 NM
- 5 Speed Manual or AMT Gearbox
- 1.0-liter 3-cylinder Turbo Petrol

New features may include front ventilated seats, a sunroof, auto-dimming IRVM, an upgraded infotainment system, and a digital instrument cluster. The facelift is likely to launch towards the end of the year, competing with the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Maruti Brezza, Mahindra XUV300 Facelift, and Renault Kiger.
New-Gen Honda Amaze
Expected Launch: December 2024
New Generation Honda Amaze has been spotted undergoing tests in India. It’s expected to boast Accord-inspired for the exterior while the interior could look similar to the City boasting new 8-inch Infotainment, new Semi-Digital Cluster, sunroof on top, and could be more. It’ll be built on the ACE Platform which underpins the City and the Elevate in India.
Engine Specs is expected to be the same:
- 1.2 L 4 Cylinder Petrol Engine
- 88.50 BHP, 110 NM
- 5 Speed MT, 7 Speed CVT
New Features expected are Wireless Charging Pad, Level 1 ADAS, Wireless Android Auto & Apple Carplay, Sunroof, and more. It’s expected to launch near the end of this year with price anticipated to be between Rs. 7.50 – Rs. 10 Lakh. Upon it’s launch, it’ll rival the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Tata Tigor, Hyundai Aura.
