Hyundai is going to launch the Creta Facelift in January 2024, but many times it was spotted testing the Alcazar Facelift alongside the Creta Facelift. This could mean Hyundai is planning to unveil the Alcazar Facelift in the early 2024. So, now we’re going to list down top 5 things about the upcoming 7 Seater SUV that you should definitely know!
The exterior design will closely resemble the Creta facelift like L-shaped LED DRLs that are connected by the LED light bar. The grille design might been slightly differ from the Creta to avoid any confusion. The bumpers of the SUV are updated, the tailgate has been redesigned, and now it gets connected LED tail lamps. Additionally, the SUV gets a split unit vertical LED headlamp design and cube like detailing. As for the alloys, it’ll get new design for the 18-inch wheels.
Moving to the interiors, the resemblance will be parallel, like the dual 10.25-inch displays – one for infotainment system, and for digital cluster, redesigned dashboard will sleeker AC vents, and new seat upholstery option as well. The 2nd row might get new captain seats upholstery design to enhance the feeling. Rest of it will remain the same.

Displacement | 1482cc | 1493cc |
Power | 157.57 BHP | 114.98 BHP |
Torque | 253 NM | 250 NM |
Transmission | 6 Speed MT, 7 Speed DCT | 6 Speed MT / AT |
In Engine Options, the Alcazar will continue to be powered by the same 1.5 L Turbo Petrol and the 1.5 L Diesel Engine. Hyundai earlier this year had updated the Alcazar with a slightly updated front grille, and a new 1.5 L Turbo Petrol engine.
The Alcazar already comes with features like ventilated seats, 8-way powered adjustable driver seat, 360 Surround View Camera, wireless charging, panoramic sunroof, Electric Parking Brake with Auto Hold, and so much more. We expect features similar to Creta like heated seats, possibly co-driver powered seats, powered tailgate, and Level 2 ADAS with features same as the 2023 Hyundai Verna such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Monitoring System, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Forward Collision Warning, Auto High Beam Assist, and many more.
The Outgoing version is price between Rs. 16.77 – Rs. 21.23 lakh and with a price hike coming in January 2024, we expect Hyundai to price the Creta Facelift at Rs. 17 Lakhs as it sounds reasonable given the price hike alert has been already been given. On its launch, it’ll compete with Tata Safari, Kia Carens, Maruti XL6, and Mahindra XUV700.
