Tata had showcased the almost production-ready Tata Curvv SUV at the Auto Expo 2023, but is still a concept vehicle for now. However, you should know these 5 things about the Tata Curvv SUV.

Tata Curvv SUV – Design

The Tata Curvv SUV has a vertically-split headlamps and connected theme for LED DRLs and LED taillamps is used. The production model will have 18-inch alloy wheels and will have coupe-like roofline similar to the BMW X6, or Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE 53 Coupe. The Tata Curvv SUV will be a mid-size SUV and will therefore compete with the Hyundai Creta, upcoming Kia Seltos facelift, MG Hector, and many more.

Tata Curvv SUV – Interior

The Curvv SUV will be five-seater SUV with spacious interior. The Curvv features the new 10.25-inch infotainment system and two-spoke steering wheel with some inserts around the seats. The seatbelts were finished in red just the exterior. The Curvv will also get the all-new digital instrument cluster and rotary dial to change the transmission mode.

Tata Curvv SUV – Engine Options

Tata Curvv SUV will have two powertrains options – Turbo-petrol and Electric. The Curvv will first launch with the two turbo petrol engines – 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine and 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine. In fact, the Tata Curvv shown at the Auto Expo 2023 was having the 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine under the bonnet. An electric version of the Tata Curvv is also in the works and will launch sometime after the petrol version launches.

Tata Curvv SUV – Features

Just like other Tata models, the Curvv SUV will eventually be a feature-loaded SUV. It would have features such as ventilated seats, 360-degree camera, powered door handles like the Mahindra XUV700, six airbags, possibly ADAS function, electric adjustable driver’s seat, panoramic sunroof, electronic parking hold brake with auto hold function and much more.

Tata Curvv SUV – Launch Date

As confirmed by Tata Motors, the Tata Curvv SUV will go on sale in India in 2024. Tata Motors will first unveiled the production-ready Tata Curvv sometime in 2024, possibly in early 2024 and then the coupe-SUV will launch. So, you could expect the Tata Curvv SUV to launch before the end of 2024 with now Tata Motors also focused on launching the facelift of Nexon, Harrier, and Safari.
