Hyundai has revealed the first look at the exterior and interiors of the SUV, and at the same they revealed the engine options, colours, and variants as well. Well. in this article, we’re listing the top 5 things you need to know about the new Creta in case you missed it!
The new Creta features robust exterior design like the new radiator grille, and upright hood contributing towards the strong, assertive and distinct road presence. Above the grille it has connected LED DRLs, and below that is the split unit vertical LED headlamp with cube-like detailing. The side profile features new alloy wheel design, and the rear now gets new dual L-shape connected taillamps. Moreover, the front and rear bumpers are also updated by Hyundai.

Jumping to the inside, the new Creta comes with seamlessly integrated 10.25-inch dual displays – one for infotainment system, and one for fully digital instrument cluster. Below the dual displays is touch-sensitive panel to control infotainment system, and HVAC. The centre console has been tweaked like the new gear lever for automatic transmissions, illuminated buttons around it for ventilated seats. and so on. The dashboard has been redesigned with thin AC vents, and dual-tone theme.

In Engine Options, the new Hyundai Creta will continue to sport the 1.5 L 4 Cylinder Petrol, and the 1.5 L 4 Cylinder Diesel Engine but Notably, the SUV will also get the 1.5 L Turbo Petrol Engine which produces 157.57 BHP and 253 NM of torque paired with the 6 Speed Manual, and 7 Speed DCT Gearbox.
The Creta already had features like ventilated seats, 8-way powered driver seat, wireless charging, ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof and so much more. But in the facelift, it’ll get 360 Surround View Camera with front and rear parking sensors, heated seats, possibly co-driver powered seats, and Level 2 ADAS with features same as the 2023 Hyundai Verna such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Monitoring System, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Forward Collision Warning, Auto High Beam Assist, and many more.
The Outgoing version is price between Rs. 10.87 – Rs. 19.20 lakh and with hike by Hyundai this month across all its model in the line-up, we expect the new Creta to start from Rs. 11 Lakh to Rs. 20 Lakh. On its launch, it’ll compete with Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, Kia Seltos, Honda Elevate, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, MG Astor, and Citroen C3 Aircross.
