The South Korean carmaker, Hyundai Motors has made 6 airbags as standard across all the models in its line-up demonstrating its commitment to prioritize the customers safety first.
All Hyundai Models gets 6 Airbags as standard – What you need to know!
Hyundai has been making significant strides in the automotive industry when it comes to safety. Hyundai i20 Facelift was launched recently, and along with the update, they announced that all the trims of the i20 will have 6 Airbags as standard. Additionally, the hatchback comes equipped with Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill Assist, 3 Point Seat belts, Seat Belt Reminders, and Vehicle Stability Management (VSM) further enhancing the safety.
Hyundai’s latest next-gen model, Verna achieved an incredible 5 Star Safety Rating at the Global NCAP’s with their stringent protocol reflecting their commitment to safety. Notably, Hyundai also said that they plan to send the Exter SUV for testing to the soon-to-be-operational Bharat NCAP with aim of achieving 5 Star Safety Rating. They’re also volunteering for the Bharat NCAP crash tests for the native Bharat NCAP crash tests showing their dedication to ensure the safety of all the models.
Hyundai Venue was recently updated with 6 Airbags as standard too along with a big significant update. The Venue is fitted with the Hyundai’s SmartSense or simply ADAS making it the only SUV in the sub 4 Meter segment to offer. It comes with features like Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Following assist, Driver Attention Monitoring System, High Beam Assist, and Forward Collision Warning.
Lastly, the lower Hyundai Models – Grand i10 Nios, and Aura are also updated with the 6 Airbags as standard thing. Both the models is powered by the 1.2 L 4 Cylinder Petrol generating 81.80 BHP and 114 NM of torque mated to 5 Speed Manual, and Automatic Gearbox. There is also CNG offered with this powertrain too.
