Both the variants – base 4×2 and top 4×4 variant have been upgraded to the latest emission norms and with the update, both trims now are costlier by Rs. 99,000.Here is the difference between BS 4 and BS 6 price difference of Mahindra Alturas G4.

Mahindra Alturas G4 is powered by 2.2 litre 4 cylinder 2157 cc Diesel engine with power and torque figures of 178 BHP @ 6000 RPM and 420 NM @ 1600 RPM respectively.It gets paired to 7 speed Mercedes Benz sourced automatic transmission.
The Base 4×2 AT variant gets equipments like Projector Headlamps, LED Tail Lamps, 8 way powered driver seat, cooled front seats, automatic dual zone air conditioner, heated wing mirrors, 8 inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple Carplay, android auto, navigation, voice commands along with dual front airbags, TPMS, front and rear parking sensors and reverse parking camera.
While in addition to these features, AWD trim gets ambient lighting, 360 degree camera, 9 airbags, rain sensing automatic wipers, hands free tailgate opening, electric sunroof, memory function for ORVMs and for driver side seat, LED fog lamps.
The flagship SUV by the domestic carmakers has been averaging at 100 units per month and competes with Toyota Fortuner, Ford Endeavour, upcoming MG Gloster and other SUVs in this sticker price including Volkswagen Tiguan All Space, Honda CR-V and Skoda Kodiaq.
