Within a few days of its unveiling, 200 bookings were made for BYD’s premium electric sedan, the newly unveiled Seal.

• On March 5, BYD unveiled its flagship electric vehicle. The automaker’s new Seal is a premium all-electric vehicle with a starting price of Rs. 41 lakhs to Rs. 53 lakhs (ex-showroom). Depending on the model, it has two battery pack options: 61.44 kWh and 82.56 kWh, with a stated range of 510 to 650 km.

• There are three varieties to choose from: performance, premium, and dynamic. Nonetheless, BYD is providing its customers with exclusive booking privileges in accordance with their booking policy, which is valid through March 31st, 2024.
