The current version on sale comes with the Reverse Parking Camera with Rear Parking Sensors while many of its rivals like Kia Seltos, MG Astor, Maruti Grand VItara, and Toyota Hyryder comes with the 360 Surround View Camera and Front Parking Sensors. Well, say no more, Hyundai is going to offer the Creta with the 360 Surround View Camera and Front Parking Sensors. Next feature Creta is getting is the ADAS and that too with Level 2 features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, and so much more.
So far, Kia Seltos, MG Astor, and Honda Elevate are the only SUVs offered with Level 2 ADAS, and now the Creta is set to get this feature as well. The current Creta comes with 10.25-inch infotainment system, and 7-inch Digital Instrument Cluster but in the facelift, the Creta was spied with a dual display setup of 10.25-inch – one for updated infotainment system, and for new fully digital instrument cluster. Moreover, the facelift will get 64 color options for the Ambient Lights instead of the 8 Color Options.
Another feature Hyundai could bring is the Heated Seats. When Hyundai introduced this feature on the Verna it sure as hell created a huge buzz among its rivals, and Hyundai could be looking to repeat this again with the Creta since none of its rivals has this feature. Hyundai will also bring one touch up and down feature for all windows to improve convenience for its people. The current Creta earlier used to get the 1.4 L Turbo Petrol engine but it was discontinued as it didn’t meet the norms set by the Indian Government.
However, Creta will bring the 1.5 L Turbo Petrol Engine for the Facelift which we’ve seen on the Verna and the Alcazar. This engine produces 157.57 BHP and 253 NM of torque paired to 6 Speed Manual, and 7 Speed DCT Gearbox. Lastly, the Facelift will get connected LED taillamps instead of only LED taillamps with reflector giving a connected look.
