Ecosport S 2018 and Signature is all set to launch.It is equipped with more safety features and many other new features.Also Ford has removed 17-inch alloys from top end Titanium+ model.Recently two Ecosport models,named Ecosport Titanium S,Signature 2018 has been spied testing.
Ecosport S 2018 and Signature Exterior
New Ecosport models-Titanium S and Signature Edition will only get minor updates in terms of exterior looks.Front grille looks more sportier in black glossy finish.New Smoked HID headlamps with fog lamps adds to the muscular look further.Ford is offering 17-inch alloys in these two variants.Fog lamp bezel is also black.Signature sits on R17 Diamond cut alloy and sports model gets stylish,newly designed 17-inch alloys.
The main highlight of these models is Rear spoiler,Electric Sunroof which would be offered on both the variants.Both these variants will come with dual tone colour options with roof painted as black.Rear of the SUV will get minor tweaks.The signature edition gets signature decal below the Ecosport badging,while the S trim gets sports badging.
Ecosport S 2018 and Signature Interior
The cabin of Ecosport Signature features anodised blue interior theme with contrast stitching on fabric seats.While the premium S model,which will be based on Titanium+ has leather seats with orange insert and contrast stitching.In terms of instrumentation,titanium signature has a smaller 2.3-inch screen while the S variant has 4.2-inch screen.The door handles inside the cabin of Signature Edition are in chrome finish while the same are in black in Sports trim.Both these new variants will also feature leather wrapped steering wheel.In terms of infotainment and connectivity,Signature has a bigger 9-inch music system with embedded navigation.The sports model gets 8-inch music system that supports mobile connectivity,android auto,apple carpal and sync3.The sports model also will have tyre pressure monitoring system,multicolour footwell ambient lighting and side decals.Also Read:Swift VXi/VDi model variant interior,exterior,images,price and features
Ecosport S 2018 and Signature Engine Options
While the Ecosport S 2018 will be available in 1.0L Ecoboost Petrol Engine along with 1.5L Diesel Engine.Ecosport Signature would get 1.5L Ti-VCT Dragon series Petrol engine and 1.5L Diesel unit.1.0L Ecoboost engine will be mated to 6-speed manual gearbox.Remaining others will get 5-speed manual transmission.
Features
Premium features provided in these trims include Tyre pressure Monitoring System(TPMS),Electric Sunroof,Rear Spoiler,Black Roof,New Smoked HID headlights,17-inch Alloys.Black fog lamp bezel.
Safety Features
Both these models includes safety features like Electronic stability control (ESC),Hill Launch Assist (HLA) and traction controls.
