Hyundai Motors India reported 65,601 units sales in June 2023 with 5.21% growth over the last year.

Hyundai Motors India revealed the sales figures for the month of May 2023 and it was another great month for them as they reported 65,601 units sales with 5.21% growth over the last year.

Hyundai Motors India sales in June 2023 were 50,001 units with 2.04% year-on-year growth against the 49,001 units in June 2022 with volume growth by 1,001 units. When comparing to May 2023 sales which is 48,601 units, it reports growth in sales by 2.88% month-on-month with increased volume growth by 1,400 unit. So, Hyundai Motors India year-on-year growth continues to remain positive while the month-on-month growth this time is positive, as in May 2023 it was thousands away from touching the 50,000 units sold mark, and then in June 2023, growth in volume was by 1,400 units. However, Hyundai will be launching the Exter on July 10th which could help boost sales for them.

Hyundai Motors India other than selling vehicles in India, exports some models from India to other International markets as well. In June 2023, it exported 15,600 units with an increase by 16.85% year-on-year over the 13,350 units in June 2022 with volume growth by 2,250 units. These exports numbers indicates the demand of Hyundai vehicles in international markets. In Cumulative, Hyundai total sales in June 2023 were 65,601 units which is 5.21% year-on-year growth over the 62,351 units in June 2022 with increased volume by 3,250 units.

Talking about the Quarter Sales, Hyundai Motors India achieved sales of 1,48,303 units in Q2 2023 with a year-on-year growth by 9.61% compared to the Q2 2022 with 1,35,295 units with volume growth by 13,008 units. When you compare the Q2 2023 to Q1 2023, it reports Quarter-on-Quarter growth by 1.04% over the 1,46,774 units with volume growth by 1,529 units. After Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai Motors India is the second largest carmaker in India and it’s continue to grow over the years, and this strong sales numbers just goes on to show their strong brand presence in India.

Lastly, the Hyundai Motors finished half the year with 2,95,077 unit sales which is an 10.12% growth over the 2,67,967 unit sales last half with volume growth by 27,110 units.

Hyundai Motors will be launching an all-new affordable Micro SUV, Exter, on July 10th, which will come features like 8-inch infotainment system with Apple Carplay/Android Auto, automatic climate control, LED Projector headlamps, LED taillamps, 15-inch alloy wheels, digital instrument cluster, wireless charging pad, single-pane sunroof, cruise control, connected car tech, height adjustable driver seat, voice control, and cooled glovebox. In Safety, it has six airbags as standard, ABS with EBD, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Tyre-Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), hill-hold assist, reverse-parking camera with rear parking sensors, ISOFIX anchorages, front disc brakes, and automatic headlamps.
