Hyundai Santro – In the month of June 2019, a total of 4141 units of Santro were sold.While it is important to note that these numbers are less than that of Eon in last year June.Santro’s sales have declined over the month.Santro comes in option for petrol 1.0 engine with petrol and petrol and cog combo with transmission options including manual and amt.
Hyundai Grand i10 – Although Grand i10 averages more than 9000 units per months, but since the past 2-3 months, its sales have declined.In next month, Hyundai is also bringing next generation Grand i10 to India which will give a boost to the sales of the hatchback.
Hyundai Elite i20 – Elite i20 is a premium hatchback which takes on the likes of Maruti Baleno, Honda Jazz, Toyota Glanza.It has made to the top 10 selling cars in June 2019 and the total sales of Elite i20 in June 2019 is 9,271 units.i20 comes in 1.2 L petrol and 1.4 Diesel engine options.
Hyundai Venue – Venue is the latest entrant and is taking the segment by a storm.A total of 8,763 units of Venue were sold in June 2019 which means it is just 108 units behind Vitara Brezza.Venue comes in a variety of engine options as well as class leading feature of Blue Link.
Hyundai Verna – Verna comes in 1.4 L petrol and diesel and 1.6 petrol and diesel with option for manual and automatic transmissions.The total sales of Verna in June 2019 was 2271 which keeps it slightly behind Maruti Ciaz and Honda City although Verna was the bestseller a month back.
Hyundai Creta – Creta has always averaged at 8000 units but this time its sale has fallen below that of Venue.A total of 8334 units of Creta were sold in June.It is the 10 top selling car of the month and has been ruling its segment since a long time.A key rival of Creta in the form of Kia Seltos will be arriving next month.It would be interesting to see how Creta sales fares after the launch of Seltos.
Hyundai Elantra – Elantra sales have dipped down and is due for a generation update.Just 60 units of Elantra were retailed in the month of June 2019.Hyundai Elantra rivals Honda Civic, Skoda Octavia and Toyota Corolla.
Hyundai Kona – Kona Electric was launched in India on July 9, 2019.It is India’s first electric SUV and only a total of 25 units have been shipped.The deliveries of the SUV have began.It comes in a single variant which is priced at Rs. 25.3 Lakhs.
Hyundai Tucson – Tucson is the flagship SUV of the carmakers.The luxury SUV price begins at Rs. 18.74 Lakhs in India and a total of 63 Tucson were sold in the same month.
