Honda is expected to launch the Jazz Facelift 2018 in India on July 19.Just before few days of launch,variant details of Jazz 2018 has been leaked.These details reveals that the car will be offered in Base S,V and Top-end VX model.While the petrol engine is offered in V and VX in both manual and CVT,diesel manual is available in all 3 models – S,V and VX.No CVT will be available for diesel Jazz.Present Jazz’s base E model,S and SV models are discontinued in petrol engine while the diesel unit removes the E and SV models from the range.
The Jazz Facelift will continue with same of engines.The petrol 1.2-litre produces 89 bhp @ 6,000 rpm with max torque of 110 nm @ 4,800 rpm.This engine is mated to 5-speed manual and CVT with paddle shifters.While the Diesel manual mated to 5-speed manual gearbox churns out 99 bhp @ 3,600 rpm with peak torque of 200 nm @ 1,750 nm.
As this is just a facelift model,no changes are expected in Jazz’s specifications.

Upfront,Jazz facelift features solid wing face headlights and grille design,new sharper bumpers with black treatment added to the front grille and multi spoke alloys.Rear of the Honda’s hatchback is quite similar to the outgoing model.Rear taillights are now LED with sharper lines and new bumper.
New Jazz facelift features 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with android auto,apple carplay and tons of other features.The cabin features premium beige upholstery with auto A/C,paddle shifters,multi information display,push start/stop button.Many safety features including speed sensing auto door lock,rear parking sensors,etc. are offered as standard safety features.
The 2018 Jazz Facelift 2018 may be priced higher than the ongoing model with a price tag of Rs. 6.9 Lakhs – 9.5 Lakhs(Ex-Showroom,Delhi)
Jazz facelift 2018 is expected to hit the showrooms to July 19.Deliveries will begin in early august 2018.
