Scorpio [combined sales of Scorpio Classic and Scorpio N] emerged as the top seller for Mahindra in July 2024 with 12,237 units sold, a 16.30% Year-over-Year (YoY) increase from the 10,522 units sold in July 2023. However, it experienced a slight MoM decline of 0.57%, with 70 fewer units sold compared to June 2024’s 12,307 units. XUV3X0 followed closely with a remarkable 10,000 units sales. This represents a significant 120.60% increase compared to the 4,533 units sold in July 2023. The model also saw a healthy 17.65% Month-over-Month (MoM) growth from June 2024, where it sold 8,500 units.

XUV 700 recorded impressive growth with 7,769 units sold, marking a 25.79% YoY increase from 6,176 units in July 2023. The model also saw substantial MoM growth, with a 31.06% increase, as sales jumped by 1,841 units from June 2024’s 5,928 units. Bolero, traditionally a strong performer, sold 6,930 units in July 2024, a significant 22.32% YoY decline from the 8,921 units sold in July 2023. The MoM figures also showed a 5.91% decline, with 435 fewer units sold compared to June 2024’s 7,365 units.

Thar experienced a decline, with 4,385 units sold in July 2024, representing a 16.71% YoY decrease from 5,265 units in July 2023. The model also faced a considerable MoM drop of 18.43%, with 991 fewer units sold compared to June 2024’s 5,376 units. This could be due to the upcoming launch of most anticipated SUV, the Thar Roxx which is a 5-door version of the SUV. XUV 400 EVstruggled significantly, with only 288 units sold in July 2024, a sharp 59.26% YoY decline from the 707 units sold in July 2023. The model also saw a drastic 46.07% MoM decline, with 246 fewer units sold compared to June 2024’s 534 units.
Marazzo recorded the lowest sales in the lineup, with just 14 units sold in July 2024. This represents a steep 82.72% YoY decline from the 81 units sold in July 2023. However, the model did see a slight MoM increase of 16.67%, with 2 more units sold compared to June 2024’s 12 units. e-Verito had no recorded sales in July 2024 or July 2023, indicating ongoing challenges in this segment for Mahindra.
