Mahindra XUV300 Starting Prices Gets Reduced by Rs 66,000

Mahindra launched a new W2 base variant for the XUV300, and new W4 base variant for the TurboSport model, and hence the SUV pricing is reduced by Rs. 66,000!

Mahindra has reduced the introductory price of the XUV300 by Rs. 66,000 by launching two new manual variants, and the prices for the SUV now starts at Rs. 7.99 Lakh.

Mahindra XUV300 W2 Variant Launched – What you need to know!

Mahindra launched a new W2 base variant for the XUV300 that sits below the W4 variant. This variant comes with one powertrain and gearbox option – 1.2 L Turbo Petrol Engine producing 108.62 bhp and 200 Nm of torque paired to 6-speed Manual only Gearbox, and it is priced at Rs. 7.99 Lakh. So, over the W4 variant, what does the W2 variant loses? Well, it now misses out on roof rails, LED Turn Indicators on ORVMs, Rear Spoiler, electric sunroof, Illuminated Sunvisors with Vanity Mirror, console roof lamp, and sunglass holder.

Mahindra XUV300 W4 TurboSport

The TurbSsport model in the XUV300 also now gets a new W4 base variant that is priced at Rs. 9.29 Lakh. The TurboSport previously would start from the W6 variant onwards which is Rs. 1.2 Lakh less than the W6. Just like the W2 variant, the W4 TurboSport variant is available with one powertrain and one gearbox option. The 1.2 L Turbo Petrol Engine produces 128.73 bhp and 230 Nm of torque paired to 6-speed Manual Only Gearbox. Additionally, all the W4 variants now comes with electric sunroof as standard which was previously available with the W6 variant.

Mahindra is currently testing the XUV300 Facelift as the SUV is being spotted numerous times, and more importantly, it’ll be getting panoramic sunroof which will be the first-in segment in the Sub-Compact SUV segment. Other than that, its also expected huge interior design change since their deal with Ssangyong ended, it could take inspiration from the XUV700, and Scorpio-N. The exterior will also undergo changes as well like the front profile will be inspired from the Mahindra’s electric BE.05 SUV, and the rear is expected to get connected LED taillamps.
