With a new design and an abundance of cutting-edge technology, Mahindra is set to release its electrified XUV700, the new XUV.e8, next year.

1. It will be similar to the XUV700 in terms of design language and overall silhouette; however, it will get some distinctive EV treatments.
2. It will likely undergo minor dimensional changes and will be based on Mahindra’s Pure Ev INGLO Architecture.
3. A vertically connected thin strip of DRL’s with a new set of projectors with a new bumper design is expected at the front, along with a new alloy design at the side, and a connecting taillamp setup along with a new rear look is expected at the back.
4. The cabin will have a luxury feel, an extra set of touchscreens, and a digital experience akin to that of the XUV700.
5. It will provide a panoramic sunroof, a plethora of connected car capabilities, and an excellent sound experience.
6. Mahindra will incorporate Level 2 ADAS technology as well.

7. Anticipated to receive a 60–80 kWh battery pack sourced from VW that can go more than 500 km per charge.
8. AWD and FWD drivetrain choices with a dual-motor system will also be offered.
9. Cost: Ex-showroom, between Rs. 25 lakhs and Rs. 30 lakhs.
10. Launch Date: 2025.
