New Thar Armada:
After the success of the Thar SUV, Mahindra’s next product will be a new 5-door variant of the Thar, which is anticipated to be called the Thar Armada. This will be positioned above the existing thar and will have many improvements over the basic version.
Design and styling:
Due to its construction on the Mahindra Ladder frame chassis, the new Thar Armada will have a similar design language as the current Thar but with fewer design tweaks. With LED lighting throughout, the new Thar Armada will be larger than the current model, which has halogen lighting on the front and back lights.
To give it a unique appearance, a new set of alloys will probably be added. A larger touchscreen infotainment system and a digital display unit behind an upgraded steering console are among the interior changes we may anticipate. In addition, the new Thar Armada will include roof-mounted speakers like earlier models, as well as an electronic sunroof as an extra feature.
Powertrain:
The new Thar Armada is probably going to have the same two sets of engine options under the hood. The 2.0-liter MStallion petrol engine generates 152 Bhp and 320 Nm of peak torque, while the 2.2-liter MHawk diesel engine generates 132 Bhp and 300 Nm of peak torque. The new Thar Armada will also be available with a 6-speed manual and 6-speed AT gearbox, just like the Standard 3-Door Variant.
