Maruti Suzuki has introduced the all-new 4th generation Dzire, featuring significant upgrades over its predecessor. This latest version aims to set new benchmarks in its segment, leaving rivals like the Tata Tigor, Honda Amaze, and Hyundai Aura behind. Instead of comparing it to competitors, we’ll focus on how it stacks up against the previous generation, highlighting the enhancements Maruti Suzuki has made to attract more consumers.
While aspects such as Length, Width, Wheelbase, Ground Clearance, etc, remains the same; the new Dzire sees increase in Height by 10 mm, and boot space by 6 Litres. Additionally, the new Dzire has become heavier by 30 – 40 KGs.
The new Dzire gets new Z12E Engine which sees a reduction in Cylinder, reduction in power for Petrol – 88.5 BHP to 80.46 BHP, and CNG’s down from 76 BHP to 69.5 BHP. Torque is also down in Petrol from 113 NM to 111.7 NM, however for CNG, the torque has gone up from 98.5 NM to 101.8 NM. Fuel efficiency has increased in petrol by 2.18 – 3.10 KMPL, and in CNG by 2.61 KM/KG
Features-wise, the new Dzire gets upgraded equipments like 360 Surround View Camera, Arkamy’s Sound System, 9-inch Infotainment System, Sunroof, 4 more Airbags, TPMS, and new LED Multi-reflector headlamps.
The Price of the new Dzire in comparison to old version has gone up by Rs. 23,000 – 75,000 for the petrol version, and Rs. 30,000 – 72,000.
Given how much the features Maruti has offered over it’s previous iteration to stay ahead of its competition, the new Dzire is promising new upgrades which is surely going to increase the excitement among the consumers and bring in a lot of sales.
