Competitive Price, Rivals, and Launch!

Maruti Suzuki will be launching the Engage in July, as the reason behind that the launch date is the deal between the Toyota and Maruti Suzuki. Models launched by Toyota will be rebadged for Maruti Suzuki and will be available for sales six months after it’s launch. Meaning, Toyota launched the Innova HyCross in January 2023, and if you calculate six months after that, July is the month that comes and that’s when Maruti launches their rebadged Premium MPV. Upon it’s launch, it’ll rival the Mahindra Scorpio-N, Mahindra XUV700, MG Hector Plus, Hyundai Alcazar, and the Kia Carens. As for the pricing, Maruti might price it slightly lower than the Innova HyCross and could end up starting at Rs. 17.50 lakh.
