Maruti Suzuki Fronx earlier this year got the Velocity Edition for the turbo trims of Delta+, Zeta, and Alpha, but now the company announced that it’ll be available with all the variants right from the base “sigma” trim.
Maruti Suzuki Fronx Velocity Edition: All Details!
Maruti Suzuki last year launched the Crossover SUV, Fronx, which is their first coupe SUV competing with the likes of Hyundai Venue, Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonet, etc. The SUV has been performing brilliantly in sales for the company, as in May 2024, the Fronx finished ahead of the dominant SUV in the segment, the Tata Nexon.

Earlier this year in February 2024, Maruti launched the Velocity Edition for the Turbo trims of Delta+, Zeta, and the Alpha trims. But now the company has announced the Velocity Edition will be available across all the variants of the SUV, right from the Sigma variant. Moreover, for a limited time, the Sigma Velocity Edition is priced at Rs. 7.29 Lakh, available with the 1.2 L Petrol Engine delivering 81.80 BHP and 113 NM Torque mated to 5 Speed Manual Gearbox. 5 Speed AMT Gearbox is also available from the Delta to Delta+ variants.
Then there is the 1.0 L Turbo Petrol engine producing 98.69 BHP and 147.6 NM Torque mated to 5 Speed Manual (MT) and 6 Speed Automatic (AT) available with the Delta+, Zeta, and Alpha trims. Lastly, the 1.2 L CNG Engine delivers 76.45 BHP and 98.5 NM Torque with 5 Speed Manual Gearbox available with the Delta and Zeta trims only.
