Maruti Suzuki in September 2023 did total sales of 1,50,812 units with the Baleno alone pulling 18,417 units with month-on-month decline unfortunately by 1%, making it the best-selling model for Maruti Suzuki in September.

Maruti Suzuki has registered total sales of 150,812 units in September 2023 which is down in month-on-month growth by 3.40%. Leading the September 2023 sales was the premium hatchback, Baleno with month-on-month sales of 18,417 units which is marginally down by 0.53% compared to 18,516 units sold in August 2023. The 2nd best-selling car for Maruti was another hatchback, WagonR with improved month-on-month sales to 16,250 units from the 15,578 units in August 2023.
The Brezza is at 3rd position with 15,001 units reporting growth by 2.94% over the 14,572 units in August 2023. The current Swift however saw dip in sales from 14,703 units in September to 18,653 units in August 2023. Currently, the next-gen Swift is under works with dimensions likely to increase, and could launch in India sometime early in 2024.
The Ertiga and Dzire have seen month-on-month growth by 9.85% and 4.42% respectively. The Grand Vitara demand is crazy as it stood 2nd in Compact SUV Sales, but still however it reports decline in sales by 82 units from the 11,818 units in August to 11,736 units. Recently, it achieved the 1 Lakh Sales Milestone. The new crossover SUV Fronx added 11.455 units which is 5.83% de-growth over August.
The Eeco and the Alto reports decline in sales by 6% and 18.87% respectively. The Eeco added 11,147 units which is 712 units less compared to August, and the Alto added 7,791 units which is 1,812 units less compared to its previous month. The updated XL6 reports growth in sales by 7.82% to 4,511 units from 4,184 units in August 2023. From the Celerio, Jimny, S-Presso, and Ignis all reports decline in sales by 19.61%, 14.59%, 1.77%, and 13.36%. The Ciaz reports growth in sales by 642 units from the 849 units in August to 1,491 units. Last, but not least, the latest launch from the Maruti, the rebadged Toyota Innova Hycross known as the “Invicto” also reports dip in sales by 33.96% from the 589 units to 389 units.
