Mahindra is nearly done with the testing phase for the XUV300 Facelift, with recent test mules showcasing a production-ready design. Mahindra XUV300 Facelift: What you need to know!
As evident from the spy shots seen so far, the Facelift is set to undergo significant exterior changes compared to its predecessor. Notable changes include prominent new C-Shape LED DRLs, reminiscent of the BE.05 electric SUV concept, framing the headlamp, a closed front grille, redesigned bumpers, a flat bonnet, and a fresh set of 16-inch alloy wheels. At the rear, the facelift will showcase new C-shape connected LED taillamps.

Inside, the facelift boasts a revamped freestanding 10.25-inch infotainment system, replacing the outgoing 7-inch version. The four-spoke steering wheel will be retained from the previous model, while the AC vent shifts below the infotainment system. The center console undergoes some revisions. Notably, the XUV300 Facelift introduces a first-in-segment panoramic sunroof and features a new 10.25-inch Digital Cockpit Cluster displaying maps. Rear passengers will enjoy added comfort with AC vents and reclinable seats.

Regarding engine options, Mahindra will continue with three choices. The 1.2 L 3 Cylinder Turbo Petrol produces 108.62 BHP and 200 NM of torque, available with both 6 Speed Manual and Automatic gearboxes. Another 1.2 L 3 Cylinder Turbo Petrol variant generates 128.73 BHP and 230 NM of torque, also paired with 6 Speed manual and Automatic gearboxes. The 1.5 L Turbo Diesel delivers 115.05 BHP and 300 NM of torque, coupled with a 6 Speed manual and Automatic gearbox.
Mahindra XUV300 Facelift will get new features like Level 1 ADAS, 360 Surround View Camera, 6 Airbags, 10.25-inch Infotainment System, 10.25-inch Digital Cockpit Cluster, ventilated seats, rear AC vents, panoramic sunroof, air purifier, and powered driver seat among other already available features like 2-zone climate control, Rear Disc Brakes, height adjustable front seat belts, and many more.
Mahindra is expected to launch the XUV300 Facelift likely near the end of February 2024 with an expected price of Rs. 8.50 Lakh for the entry-level trim. It’ll compete with the likes of New Kia Sonet Facelift, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Brezza, Maruti Fronx, Renault Kiger, and Nissan Magnite.
